"I took my two grandkids out for dinner, and while we were waiting, the cashier/host invited the boys to scan a code and fill out a quick survey for a free brownie. It wasn’t a huge thing, but gestures like that are rare these days. She was genuinely kind, and it really made our night."

"I got the 50 wing pack wet and they hardly put any sauce on them and when I ask for extra they give me 2 little cups for 50 wings. And to top if off they charged me 3 dollars for 2 more cups with 1 little scoop in them. Employee says the manager instructed him to do this. Well I hope he reads this because I will not come back and waste 77 dollars at this place anymore. Just pathetic😡"

"They’re nice but i got bone-in wings and they had no breading at all whatsoever, just bare skin. didn’t even get to eat it because i was so grossed out. also the fries had no seasoning and were undercooked."

"I should’ve read reviews before coming here. The wings were greasy. Like do you want wings with the grease time greasy!!! 🤢 yuck! So disappointed. The place was dirty. The team members look miserable and overworked. If your looking for quality wings, good customer service don’t come here. First and last time. Waste of money 🤦‍♀️"

"Great Idaho Fries! The Lemon Pepper wings were just right. They were not overly seasoned. However, the Garlic Parmesan almost taste like the plain wings. You could CLEARLY see the parmesan, but the flavor is extremely subpar. I would question the authenticity of the brand used. I also tried an order of plain boneless thigh bites and it seemed like they were mostly crust...great flavor though. Ordered online and it took about 35-40 minutes despite the website estimating 21-26 minutes."
