"I've been to this wingstop before and I've wanted to write a review but nothing too serious had prompted me to write a review. Until today. I ordered a 3 piece tender combo, and the last time I ordered this combo, the tenders were delicious and well sized. Welp. This time, the food was terrible. First they gave me 2 tenders and a nugget, but even worse, they were kinda dry. Add to this that other times I've been here there's no straws, napkins, the soda machine is literally out of everything. I had to leave this review. Don't come to this wingstop, or any Wingstop at this point. The taste has been going downhill for some time now anyway."

"Wingstop used to be good. Now they just mess up your order EVERYTIME, take foreeeevverr, and give you unedible chicken with feathers and soggy fries. Do not recommend."

"Bought wings at 10:47pm 12/28/25. We ordered 10 piece bone in and a chicken sandwich with fries. Giving a 1 stars due to the wings being extremely cold, fries were old so we had to air fry em at home to warm them up. It was odd that the wings were ready in 10-15 minutes. Wings were for my fiance who is a chef and works in the food industry. Fresh food last at least an hour. It’s extremely disappointing that the lack of quality isn’t a big priority to this restaurant. When we got there to pick up the food. The employees took a while to even greet me and acknowledged me. 0 stars for customer service and overall experience."

"Supper dirty no straws no lids and girl was always in her phone we were there for 1hr and they had no intention in cleaning 8 dirty tables"

"Came to eat at about 4 pm Completely dirty trash on tables many employees walked by and none of them cared to pick up the trash they have so many flies it was hard to eat! You could hear the employees in the back talking laughing and having a good time after a while a lady with a black hat and black shirt & head set employer came out trying to kill flies with the trash on the tables really disgusting I didn’t not see no manager on sight and if there was they let there employees do whatever they want it was not busy for them not to have time to pick up the trash left behind Will not be returning"
