"We are in town for a basketball tournament and needed a late dinner option. Wingstop came through! The restaurant is clean and efficient. The employees gave us excellent customer service. Our food was amazing and fresh. And they did all of this with only two employees working tonight…Wednesday, February 25 around 11:00 pm. They were filling door dash and carry out orders left and right. They deserve a raise!"

"with this new store just opening, and customers coming in like crazy, the workers still have such a good service! i definitely recommend going here. the food is absolutely delicious and amazing and the workers are all so nice and welcoming!"

"First time my wife and I have tried Wingstop. Placed an online carryout order and it was ready in 12 minutes. We were very impressed by the size and taste of the boneless wings! The fries were hot and fresh and the seasoning they use is very good. The ranch was also great and lives up to the hype! We will definitely be back here again!"

"My husband placed an order last Friday on January 9th at 6pm. The online ordering system said it would take an hour to get our order. When we got there they told my husband it wasn’t done and it would take another 3 hours before our order was completed. So, basically if we would have waited we would have MAYBE gotten our food at 10. My husband asked for a refund and he thought he was given one but when he got to the car the receipt looked more like the female employee was charging him or just printing out his online receipt. Now, I have worked in customer service for a very long time (26 years to be exact) and currently, as an online educator I still consider what I do customer service. So I do not come with just criticism unless I have solutions. The first thing that needs to be done is that if orders are this behind, you really need to have people calling your customers and letting them know that the online system is incorrect and it will take longer than expected. Or simply fix the online system and make it realistic. The second, train your employees correctly so that if a customer asks for a refund they know how to give a refund back or how to void a transaction. I understand that you all just opened, however, if we had not been looking at our account, this location would have gotten an extra free $60 for not even having completed our order. We had to dispute our charge with the bank. Very disappointed and definitely will continue to drive the 30-40 minutes to the Indy location as I know that location is reliable."

"Grand opening day for lebanon location,I give all the workers props for being behind and have ALOT of people in the store.. some were rude(old people). I waited over 1 hr for my food, but it was HOT ,Fresh And delicious. We will definitely be going back .."
