"Pre-ordered Wings on Super Bowl Sunday, had to wait a bit which was expected, but (when it was EXTREMELY crowded) I was pulled to the front of the line, waited for 1 minute, and was given my piping hot food which was just cooked. Friendly staff and great service are rare things these days, even under the best circumstance; to provide that on the busiest day of the year at the busiest time of that day? Unbelievable doesn't even feel adequate. Truly exceptional work. There is no question I will not only be coming back, I will also spread the word!"

"I believe this Wingstop is under new management. They definitely care. I noticed the clean windows and floor right away. Drink area was spotless. My daughter loves Wingstop, I had stop buying her Wingstop due to service and quality of food. The cashier was very welcoming and friendly. It was easy to order, the cook came to look what we ordered and got on it right away. The wait was not long at all. For all these reasons I do recommend."

"I searched for the closest restaurant nearby with fresh cut fries. I decided to go to WingStop Merrillville location. I was going to do a combo with tenders and I was told there were no tenders for that day. Next I proceeded to order a large fry which was originally why I went. After ordering and paying I asked the cashier your fries are fresh cut like the picture right? She proceeds to say, No! The manager comes out the back and says they taste the same. Being a french fry lover I replied, it's not. I didn't cancel and just proceeded to wait for my order. I opened my fries once I was home and want to know why would there be a sugary-salt substance sprinkled over them? Horrible! They should definitely ask before putting this on any of your food, even if its fries."

"Staff was friendly, order taker repeated order back to me to ensure accuracy. Wings were cooked well. Was given extra ranch/cheese from what I ordered which was a nice gesture."

"Never have change or ice for the ice machine. Half filled ranch cups. Undercooked corn.... the list goes on. I love wingstop but this location worst food and service iv seen in a wingstop."
