"Long anticipated wait for WingStop to open! Well worth the hype! Food, staff and location was perfect! It'll be a good drive of customers to the southside of South Bend. I really enjoyed my dinner that night(photos) Food: best wings from a wingstop i have ever had. They were fresh, sauce and plenty of chicken. Staff: very nice and very customer friendly. They were keeping up with a very busy rush hour and kept us guest updated with our orders. Very organized and consistent. Location: such a great location Starbucks, Crumble and now wingstop! The holy trinity, you best believe ill make a date out of it! Happy its here I would say, if you order something give it an extra 10 or 15 minutes during peak hours"

"They just put this near me, and I was pleased with my experience that I had with them. The employees are very joyful and are determined to do their work. They didn’t rush me and let me pick what I want when I didn’t know what I like even offered me options. Best Employees of people I seen. They together really good."

"This store is HORRIBLE!!! We ordered delivery, several items were missing and the drink was wrong. I called the store to have them either refund part of our order or deliver the missing items, but all they were willing to do was give us a credit. WHY, when I will never order from them again given the extremely poor service! I asked to speak with a manager and was refused. I was then told to call Door Dash and have them fix it, even though I ordered directly through WingStop. Never again!!! Save your money and do business with someone who actually knows what customer service is!"
