"I ordered from wingstop tonight and the driver that was sent to deliver my food made me and my friends feel very uncomfortable. We met the driver outside, and he made up a reason for needing access to upstairs in my building for his job. I immediately thought this was concerning. He continued to text my friend for over ten minutes after the food had been delivered. i feel that this is unacceptable and that customers should feel safe when ordering food."

"Awful location showed up 10 mins before closing just wanted 6 wings while they were cooking other orders this group needs to be fired lowkey do better don’t advertise till 1am"

"Showed up around prime lunch time, 12:30, and there was only one group in the restaurant already and a couple ordering at the counter. We ordered a total 14 wings and 2 orders of fries. Food took about 10 minutes to come out and for some reason all the wings were cold, not just luke warm, cold. The fries were fine, but the wings were a huge let down."

"While I understand that they’re a very busy company the way they treated customers was flat out rude. As much as I try to give workers the benefit of the doubt these people were not only short and snippy but also not very open to help. When I go into a restaurant I expect good customer service and these employees made the bar I set very low after today."

"The worst service on this visit. The food tasted alright. I did notice a lot of flies inside the restaurant by the drink area. The owners should take more pride in their establishment."
