"Ordered some take out wings. I ordered online and ended up showing up 10.minutes earlier than the quotes time. Staff was courteous accommodating and quick to get me my order. I was in and out in less than 5 min. The food was hot, prepared perfectly, and delicious 😋. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to get their wing fix in. I will definitely be returning in the future. Also 40% off wing deals are also a plus."

"We got chicken and fries takeout. My husband's was Louisiana rub and was fine. Mine was lemon pepper and we shared Parmesan fries. Mine tasted like the top came off of the salt shaker. It was not edible. The fries also were very salty. Our first time there because it was well recommended. Hopefully the food is not always that salty but I won't return."

"I want to like wingstop but i cant. Every single time i order from here the chicken is dry. Whoever they have cooking needs a different job. I dont normally leave bad reviews on restaurants but this place needs to do better. Ive ordered from this location 6 times and every time ive had the same result. I recommend a different chicken joint."

"Worst food I’ve tasted in a while. The garlic parm was overly garlic. The mild was so buttery you couldn’t even taste the mild in it. And the lemon pepper was so lemony you couldn’t even enjoy it. Bdubs has never disappointed me as much as you guys have! They used to be really good competitors and now y’all’s food is buns! If I wanted overly seasoned stuff i could have just asked my kids to cook something."

"I recently stopped by to pick up my order for me and the wife. I normally order plain tenders with fries. I asked the store manager if I can have a side of Korean barbecue, bc I wanted to try that flavor without feeling like I wasted my money if I didn’t like it. His response was sickening and greedy. Seth the store manager told me to fill out a “good review “ if I want a side of the sauce or free fries with it. I personally didn’t like that response and think it was pathetic. I told him never mind I’ll start going to the Union branch bc they don’t coerce me into giving them a fake review over some sauce. when the store manager Seth replied this is wack. I personally think that is unprofessional in his position and will keep my word Florence will never receive my money. What is “ wack” is who runs the Florence branch."
