"At the time of typing this, I’ve waited 11 minutes and 30 seconds on hold trying to place an order over the phone. So I figured I try something out just to see how busy it was. I drove 14 minutes to the store, I pull up and see a young lady at the register talking to what looks like another employee. Using her personal device at the register having a good ol’ time. I won’t be coming back to this Wingstop ever again. By the way, I’m still on hold, nearly 30 minutes."
