"We ordered food online and it was ready at the quoted time. They checked the food in front of us to ensure accuracy. When we arrived home the food was still piping hot. Mango Habanero was hot as advertised. I LOVE heat but my husband was literally sweating. However, we both preferred the Mango Habanero because it had more flavor over the “Original Hot” which was actually a lower heat level."

"This place was on my daughter's bucket list. We stopped and got her a meal to go. I had a small bite of each and they were ok.....don't know what the hype is all about but it wasn't bad. I did enjoy the flavor of the regular wings and the ranch was tasty."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TERRIBLE AND ABHORRENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order that was delivered but was incomplete. When I called to get the rest of the food that I paid for, I was told that they made a mistake and that the food could not be delivered as paid for. After I asked for a refund I was rudely told that I got food and that they could have delivered “cold food.” This is the worst representative of customer service. Never give this place your money."

"Probably the worst restaurant in Lexington. 77 on a health inspection is crazy. I’ve personally never eaten here and never will at this location, but my fiancé regularly picks up door dashes from here and this review is on her behalf from knowledge from her. I will start by saying the women’s bathroom door doesn’t lock so there’s a likelihood that someone will walk in on you, and her second time visiting it smelled like a mixture of various rotting animal carcasses. This visit, that same smell from the bathroom had engulfed the entire restaurant, to the point of me being able to smell it from the car. She also found out on her last visit that there is no ice in the drink fountains, so if you like boiling hot flat soda this is the place for you. The customers around her were comparing the soda to a freshly brewed coffee. The people that work there are nice enough, but the conditions they work in are cramped and unsanitary, and highly unorganized as they use paper tickets, because of this they regularly mix up orders. Orders are cold as soon as she picks them up as the bags have no heat coming from them, this is whether she has to wait for them to prepare the order or not. With the additions of the new tables it has become even more cramped for the customers waiting for their orders, as it is constantly packed in there (this time it was less packed then usual even though we went around dinner time) which is surprising considering how unkempt the restaurant is, and how quickly the news of how bad their health inspection went got around. Frankly I’m not sure how this one got this bad as the one’s in TN are pretty good, and I’m not sure why people still eat at this location, I hope you all don’t get sick."
