"They were super sweet and very understanding. I placed an order in the app so i could get it after work. Ended up staying late at work so my fries got soggy. The manager remade my fries without charging me, and was super sweet and understanding."

"Literally almost no sauce on our food. This is the second time recently. It's pretty annoying. Nobody wants their food to look terrible and have no flavor.
