"This place is an absolute disaster. Employees have no direction, one of the most chaotic take out places I have ever been. Chicken wings have very little meat on them but the skin is somehow still undercooked and chewy. Franchisee clearly has no idea how to run a business. Go to the winking lizard if you want decent wings."

"It was Super Bowl Sunday and it was crowded and crazy. I do not recall the name of the gentleman holding down the fort, but he was mannerable and made sure that everyone that came through the door got taken care of. He was cool under pressure and went out of his way to make sure that orders were correct and done right."
