"Since the changing of ownership, we've had to tell them 3 times about under cooked wings. The lack of paper in the orders increases the mess. They're saving money and sacrificing customer satisfaction. We've loved Wingstop for years but the new owners are cheap. After seeing other reviews, I realized I was generous."

"Waited a hour for my food to not even receive it… turns out it, it was handed out wrong. In between I asked multiple times where were we with the food process, and just got told the cooks only see 10 orders at a time. Manager Misty did not …"
