"Will never visit this location again… Tenders were dry and hard, with no parmesan. My “large” fry wasn't even a regular. I only got two of the four ranches I paid for. The sprite was super flat… and had to throw away half the tenders. I will be calling in the morning for a refund because this is ridiculous."

"Ordered from Uber eats and took then over a hour to find a driver. Holiday its expected but I called the store and the dude i spoke with was cool with keeping the food warm and every time I order from them I am always satisfied. Best location in newport news hands down"
