"We new they would be busy so we ordered ahead, put the order at NOON and scheduled the food for 4:45. Got there at 4:45, was told it would be 30 more minutes, 2 HOURS LATER we got our food. And it was COLD. They need to hire people that have at the least basic customer service skills and time management."
