"People are great, nice and friendly. I messed up my order and they helped me fix it and didn't get bothered at all. Food was amazing, chicken was crunchy and good. Deal for it was good too. Not a single complaint really, it was perfect here."

"My family was not from the area, we stopped in after an event in the area to grab food to go. The floor was so heavily sticky like glue that it was near impossible to lift your shoe. The area around the drink machine was messy and dirty and low or out of inventory. The restroom was dirty and had hairs on the toilet seat. I waited 40mins for my order then when I checked in on my order-they said I was still waiting on fries to cook. When my order came up, I checked it and I had wrong and missed items. I was missing an order of fries, I had the wrong order for my tenders and my daughter’s chicken sandwich was made wrong. When I informed them of this, I was confronted by I’m assuming a “manager” who questioned this and I had to show and break down everything that was wrong. The man that took my order stepped back into the conversation and wasn’t friendly about it, when he was the one who took my order wrong and tried to validate it. I then had to wait for more fries to cook, and have my chicken sandwich fixed up. The “manager” that stepped in earlier did listen and try to fix what was wrong. He cooked me a fresh batch of the correct tenders order. The staff were back and forth in the kitchen with each other, the front cashier chimed in. It was not a friendly work environment. I also felt as though there was no system with pulling and making orders, it was just random tickets pulled and made rather than going in order from which they were ordered. This needs to be fixed! The team needs to work together as a team and have friendly service! The wait time needs to go down for customers, because this is horrible. When we finally got home to eat the food-it was not good. The fries were brown and tasted like old burnt oil. The wings were tasteless with no seasoning. The tenders had next to no seasoning, but enough to where you could get a hint of flavor. I will not recommend this location to anyone nor will I choose to eat at this location again."

"The them that worked on 9/26/2025 on the afternoon shift it was only three. I’m sure the manager will pull the schedule. They SUCKS very unprofessional and rude. I waited 45 mins for my food and still didn’t get not food. I ask how long I have on my food he said 18 to 20 mins I waited. Once I ask again he said it almost ready u got 18 mins. I asked for a refund the young lady got mad and gave me my refund but was being smart talking under her breath rude self. If she would stop playing in the kitchen and cook. my food would have been done on time but the two guy was doing door dash instead of the front lobby. Everyone ate but me🤦🏽‍♀️. I had to go to back to work hungry. Very disappointed with that team. HIRE better people the store will stay open longer they keep this up and it will soon be a Cane’s Chicken!!!!!"

"I really like this location. Friendliest staff I’ve seen in a Wingstop by far. Nice clean welcoming environment. Plenty of seating. My food is always ready in less than 20 minutes. Order is correct every time."

"Stopped through here last week and was so impressed that I visited again the following day! Food was fresh and delicious. Both visits the staff was very friendly."
