"Service: 1 star Me and my coworker decided to try their chicken sandwiches after being highly disappointed with the boneless chicken wings during our first trip. We 45 mins ahead with a pick up time of 1 pm. I arrive at 1:02 and I'm not greeted at all. I stand at the counter for 10 mins before anyone even addressed the people waiting in line. A few of the cooks looked but no one said anything at first. About 15 mins after I enter a guy comes up and I get my to go order. I usually don't check the orders because they have them wrapped so nice and neatly but I needed to put ketchup and straws in both bags. Thankfully I did. My order was 1 chicken sandwich combo with Flavor Invasion Chicken, and cajun fries and an additional chicken sandwich Secretly Sweet. I only had 1 chicken sandwich in the bag. My coworker had his entire chicken sandwich combo so no issues with his order other than they both were cold on top of me missing an entire chicken sandwich. After waiting another 5 mins for the guy to finish servicing all the other customers that were waiting I let him know I was missing a chicken sandwich. He said he would drop it immediately. Took about another 7 mins before I received my replacement chicken sandwich. No real apology for the wait, no offer for additional items or gift cards to make up for the horrible experience. Food: 2 stars Now finally for the food review after waiting forever to get it. As stated, the food that was prepared at 1 was cold, chicken sandwich had flavor and nice spice, but parts of it were soggy and also it had no pickles. The fresh prepared chicken sandwich was nice and hot and a bit too sweet for my liking. Cajun fries had a lot of cajun but no flavor and many were cold and soggy. Overall: Bad service with bad planning and most lukewarm food creates a horrible experience and atmosphere. My coworker voiced the same critique of his food, it was just bad. McDonalds has a better chicken sandwich and you can find better wins within mins of Wingstop. We won't be returning & if the service continues to be this bad, I don't see this Wingstop lasting long in the area. 1 out of 10"

"The gentleman at the register was very courteous and helpful. HOWEVER, none of the people in the back had on gloves. The cooks were eating and drinking beverages while customers waited too long for food. Then when I received my food, my fries were old and cold. The worst lunch in a long time! I will not return."

"Monique and Marcus make this place go! Both were there when my mother and I came in for lunch. They were so nice from the time we ordered our food, to when we finished. The restaurant was clean and the food was perfection. This is undoubtedly the best Wingstop location in the city! Keep them happy because they are an asset to your establishment."
