"I live across the street from this location and have gone many times over the last year of living close by. The quality has significantly gone down in the last couple of months. There have been two occasions where I have placed a pick up order and my fries are lukewarm and stale. The first time this happened we made it home and realized that we were not going to eat the seemingly old fries. We called the location to ask for a refund only to be tossed around by the manager and couldn’t solve the issue for almost an hour. The second time was tonight. I placed a pick up order and because of what had happened the last time I ordered from here, I took out a fry and ate it while at the counter- they were lukewarm. I asked kindly for them to reheat them, which they did no problem. Once I got home I realized the fries were extremely salty. I have no idea if this happened or not but it seems like they refried the salted fries and then salted them again. The atmosphere is a hot mess, no trash cans anywhere in sight, tables and chairs pushed together, togo containers all over the counter. And let me remind you it hasn’t always been like this, I’ve really noticed a shift recently for whatever reason. I love how convenient this location is to us but seriously considering ordering somewhere else in the future to avoid being disappointed."

"I placed a pick up order at 3:05, was told by Wingstop it would be ready max of 20 minutes, I got there at 3:30, it wasn't ready. Proceeded to wait until 3:50. The person before me was not given their sauces they had ordered and paid for so I checked my bag when the order was ready, no sauces, I had to ask too. Lastly, fries were burnt and didn't taste good, got the buffalo, ranch fries and there wasn't much ranch on them either. Also, the honey hot wings were disgusting, they were not sweet hardly at all just tasted like weird seasoning and fake butter."

"I placed an online order and immediately called to change the pickup time. I was told it couldn’t be adjusted. I was then told I could cancel the order and come in to reorder, but that doing so would mean waiting in person anyway, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. When I tried to clarify this, the employee hung up on me. I called back several times and my calls were ignored. When I blocked my number, the phone was suddenly answered. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the person I was speaking with was the GM. His name is Matthew. Matthew was rude, condescending, and dismissive. There was no effort to help or resolve the situation in a reasonable way. Because of how this was handled, I canceled my order and will not return to this Wingstop location. Very disappointing customer service."

"Fast Food places seem to be struggling lately. I ordered Wingstop through DoorDash, and unfortunately this location lived up to its bad reviews. The chicken tenders were barely edible. I only got one that was actually decent. The fries weren't even a full portion, more like a small handful. I ordered buffalo ranch, but there was zero ranch on them. I get that things can get stressful, but it’s really not that hard to take a moment and double check what you’re handing out to customers. That’s part of the job. When people pay for food, they expect it to be right and at least edible. This location really needs to take more pride in what they’re doing."

"Super rude manager. No one else in the place and I asked if they can change the game to the Suns. Instead of just saying no the manager proceeded to complain and mock me for asking not knowing I could hear it. No wonder no one was here on a Friday night. Not to mention they forgot the fries and we had to ask for them. Customer service here is atrocious, go to another location."
