"Ordered a 10 piece garlic parm with Extra Garlic parm and some chicken tenders. Brought the food home and my order was completely wrong. They gave me someone else's order. We went back and then they gave me another order. We got home and the garlic Parmesan wings has NO garlic Parmesan at all. I have never seen wings like this before. The employees were extremely rude ano didn't even apologize for messing up my order. They were awkward and extremely unprofessional. They were just laughing, cussing on the phone when I called. After the second time of the order being wrong, I called for a refund and she put the manager on the phone. The manager only wanted to refund me for one of the items. I said I needed a full refund. I doubt they even gave me a refund. Horrible experience. This is the worst Wingstop location with the most incompetent employees."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. They absolutely messed up my order. The food was nasty and unseasoned almost like they rushed. When I went back in to have the order fixed I was given attitude, mind you I brought the messed up food back and when they remade it they shorted me on food. So I came back another time and they told me they’d remake the entire order which sound amazing until I seen employees touching their face and hair and not washing their hands while touching food. I asked for a refund and got nothing but snarky attitude. I asked for Destinys name and she wouldn’t give it to me and talked to me as I was incompetent, but little did she know I already knew her name. This was my favorite wingstop and I always drive 30 minutes just to eat at this location but I will never eat here again. Actually made me not want to support wingstop as a whole again."

"Had to repeat my order twice on the phone only to get to the store to realize no fries were in the bag. Waited for them to make the fries, got in my car. Noticed no blue Cheese or ranch in bag. Went back in for that. Man do I regret not opening my boxes as I live an hour away (2 hours roundtrip) and only get Wingstop 2-3 times a year. Got home- both wing orders were wrong. Flavors and type of wing. We asked for classic wings and both got boneless. My flavors were also wrong. Called and manager said all they could do was remake it. I’m not driving 2 hours roundtrip for new wings. Regional manager Krista refused to refund my order even though I got the complete wrong product. Absolutely unacceptable as a regional manager. What if someone was getting on a plane or lives far away like I do? I will never visit this location again and will be reporting this to corporate. Doesn’t matter if it’s their “policy”. Unacceptable,"

"During my visit, the store manager stated that the chicken and even the French fries contain GMOs and said that sooner or later I would die from eating Wingstop’s food. I found that statement extremely inappropriate and concerning coming from management. The food already looked poor in quality, and after hearing that, I politely asked for a full refund. Not to mention he had a full set of ear pod on while addressing customers needs/concerns..I chose to go to Valley Wings in Tempe AZ instead, where the food is high quality, real chicken, and tastes much better. Try valley wings . You’ll thank me later"

"When I tell you I ordered my food at home. Got in to the restaurant and could tell that the employees don’t care. Taking everything as a joke. NO GLOVES ARE BEING USED WHILE COOKING AT ALL! Just gross. The crew is honestly just not it. They need structure and real management. The manager looks like he doesn’t care that everyone is acting crazy, not paying attention the people coming in, and so not professional. And obviously doesn’t care about food safety. Also, one of the young employees were eating right on the line. Going back and touching stuff and giving orders out. Then right back to eating. It’s just really unpleasant. I will never be back here again."
