"Bottom Line Up Front: As long as you don't expect 3-star Michelin restaurant quality or flavors, this Wingstop is worth stopping by for more than one visit. The Background: Today there seems to be only two choices for chicken wings: low quality from fast-food joints or inflated prices at sit-down restaurants. Fortunately, Wingstop gives you a third option in the middle category of fast-casual. I was both excited and hesitant to try it. Excited because I love wings and have heard good things about Wingstop. Hesitant because not all of the reviews for this location looked so good. Fortunately, I wasn't disappointed. The Food: We bought the "20 Wings for $20" deal and chose the following flavors: lemon pepper, chicken parmesan, and Louisiana Rub. I'll go in reverse order. The Louisiana Rub is a crispy, spiced dry rub with a 3 out of 5 rating on Wingstop's spicy scale. I expected it to have a little kick, given that it's more than half way to Atomic (the spiciest offering). But it had no kick, barely a "foot tap." Like a mild hint of paprika and cayenne. Still, it had the crispy texture I was going for and the meat was moist. Next up, chicken parmesan. The flavors were solid, but for some reason the parmesan tasted ... manufactured. More dried powdered cheese and less grated parmesan. It was good, but not great. Last but not least the lemon pepper. It was the best of the three — it had the perfect blend of tanginess, pepperiness, and moistness, with a slightly crispy exterior. The Price: It's hard to beat the 20 for 20 deal in this brutal economy where every other restaurant is giving you less quantity and lower quality for higher prices. I'm happy that Wingstop delivers what this deal promises. It gives you the amount of wings you'd expect from a fast-food joint but for the price of one person (and almost the same quality food) at a sit-down restaurant. The Service: The employees were friendly, competent, and quick to help when I had a question. Great job, guys! We did have to wait about 15 minutes for the wings to come out, but the staff who rang us up did warn us that there would be a wait, which we appreciated. The Exterior Setting: It's located in a strip mall beside a Tesla dealership, a Chipotle, and a MacDonald's. There's usually a decent amount of parking, and though there's no exterior seating, Chipotle next door does have some tables outside that you could always swipe if no one's using them. The Interior Setting: It's nicely furnished and clean with a good amount of tables and chairs. There are multiple TVs that, while not huge, give you different viewing options from multiple angles. But here's what was odd: There's only one counter near the entrance to get paper towels/utensils/condiments, and no large trash bins just this tiny plastic cylindrical bin about the size of a Bluetooth speaker — no joke, it's probably about 8 inches high with a 3-inch diameter. This forces all customers to just leave their trash on the table and walk out — easy for those leaving but not fun for customers who are looking for a clean table during rush hour or for employees who have to rush over to clean it up. It's as if the store manager didn't think of the customer experience and just did what was cheapest or easiest. Overall: I was pleasantly surprised by this location, as it delivered strong customer service and good food for a decent price."

"The food is decent. Good enough to keep me coming back, but only once every few months. The food is always average I'd say, never bad but never really great either. About what you'd expect from a fast food wing place. I've definitely had better but the spicy korean is good. They also have decent prices on the bundles with multiple wings, fries, tenders, etc. It takes a while to make the food so I'd recommend ordering ahead and picking up. Definitely not the place to grab a quick bite before your movie."

"Id give the food 5 stars if the celery and carrots where part of each person purchase. Or even one side per order. But yes love this place when I crave it."

"I ordered the garlic parmesan classic and lemon pepper classic wings bone-in. They were very crunchy and tasty. The price is average. It takes a bit long to make the wings, about 15 minutes for mine. There is NO free WiFi. There is unlimited soda from those cool multi-flavor machines. Strangely, there is no trash can. Seriously."

"Wingstop fast-food chain restaurant located in a small plaza off E La Palma Ave. As their name suggests, they serve wings in a variety of flavors. Parking is kind of limited in the plaza but they offer a fair amount of indoor seating. Prices are on the higher end and flavors are OK. Overall, thought things were fine except my husband and I both got sick right after eating. Next day, we had leftovers and got sick again so not sure what's up 😥"
