"Nit sure why is low rating!but today was a very gorgeous day specially stopping here at wingstop! Custumer service on top Areli was very helpful in every way and her customer service beyond thank you for making this place nice clean and awesome environment... I recommend at 100% every employee greets everyone as they come in with energy and great vibes."

"As a place of business you would think the employees would be welcoming ,kind , able to perform simple customer service,, it's a shame that a place like wingstop employ's with out paying attn to how there customers are being treated, from now on I will goto a different location and good luck with yours , you need it!!!!!"

"It's impressive to have such an awful rating as Wingstop, but this staff earned it. Rude, disrespectful, impatient... the food is always low quality, under cooked and over or under seasoned.. amazing how consistently fries ordered well done with extra seasoning comes back half cooked and without a single grain of seasoning on it.. I'm pretty sure at this point the only way to make sure you get extra seasoning on your fries is to ask for none. Management has some serious work to do here. Do yourself a favor and hit the wingstop on Tustin & Katella, or anywhere else."
