"Do you want pretty good wings (sometimes) and bad service? Look no further. The wings are pretty decent, if you go on a good day. But the service is absolutely terrible. I have gone to all the Bakersfield locations and it seems that that is the work culture. Do you want to call your order in? Want to call to make a complaint? Want to call to ask a question? Forget it. They never pick up or it goes to voicemail but the mailbox is full. It seems that over the years the quality of the food and the service just keeps getting worse. According to google, Clinton and DeAnna Lewis are the owners of multiple Wingstop locations in Bakersfield, I highly suggest that they pay a visit to their own locations to get a taste of their lack of management. If anyone here knows of any really good wings with good customer service, drop your recommendations below!"

"Absolutely grossed out! It's one thing to get spoiled food but bad customer service is a big no! We ordered take out and opted for delivery since the evening was busy. Delivery is a convenience and we were charged a fee, additionally we provided a nice tip.. a little over 10 bucks. The wings were all shoved in the same containers. Dry chicken had sauce all over them. Not a big deal, we delt with it. The frys though, one order were black! One order was wet and mushy. Things happen, not a big deal. We called and asked for a refund. Explained by the time the food was redelivered, the rest of the food would be cold. She refused the refund and said they could ONLY remake it. I asked if she would redeliver it, she said no. Again I said to just refund the order and I could email the photo. Refused. Again, we only asked for the frys, not the whole meals to be refunded. We were more than understanding... photo speaks for itself and the service provided speaks volumes to the respect and care they are providing to the community."

"Food is always pretty good, but I ordered 15 pc mango habanero and picked it up, they gave me plain chicken and now the phone is just off the hook. There is no way to call and have order fixed.. luckily I'm not picky but definitely sit there and check the food before you leave or you will lose your money. They ignore the phone to stop call in orders, so there is no way to contact them. Not driving 30 mins. Definitely stand at the counter and check your food!!! Smh what kinda business is this just leaves the phone off the hook for hours on end.."

"Their wings have been a family favorite. I'm giving 4 stars 🌟 due to them forgetting an item almost all the time, hopefully this gets better until then 4 stars stays.... please double check the customers orders 🙏🏼"

"So the food is always good. They make it fresh and have some good cooks in the back. Now, the establishment itself. Absolutely disgusting. I expected more since it is on the “greater” side of town. But it seems that every table is always dirty, trash, sauce particles old receipts. I don’t think anyone cleans it to be honest. It makes me question the kitchen but they use that often and I’m trying to be optimistic since I’m sitting here waiting for my food I just ordered. Fries were cold, asked for new fries same coke fries with like 10 fresh on top….This soda machine has been out of ice since we got here. Asked the little lady if they can refill it—15-25mins past still nothing, then they do it. Lid has been off for a cool 20mins now. Here’s some examples, this place should just be a Togo place. Order and leave. Anyhow, we’ll see if I come back."
