"Ordered here by mistake i live a couple of hours away from this location so i called to cancel my order and they put me on hold for 3+min by the time they answer theyre telling me i called 9 minutes late and the food is already being made..i let them know that i already ordered in my cities location and that i cannot travel 3 + hours to go pick it up. They tell me they are sorry but can't refund me. I am extremely unhappy they are inconsiderate and don't care about their customers ."

"Wingstop have been my go to for wings since opening. Today was not a good day for me with my all flat wing order. I usually get an order for 3,just to have leftovers. After receiving order to go and arriving home, I noticed some what appeared to be feathers, well I was right, but quite a few. There was no deciding if I were going to eat or not. I simply called and spoke to individual and spoke my concerns. The answer I received to my concern was not pleasant to my concerns, I asked for a refund due to never having this issue untlil today.I would just say Im not one to eat chicken this way or ever will!"

"1st time trying this location. Tried wingstop at other locations twice and it was a disaster. This location got it right. Flavors and portions were spot on. Made me feel like I got my monies worth. Definitely will try this location again. 2nd time going back and I had to wait 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. When I say the staff was slow, I could see one of the preparers yawning as he slowly filled orders. I see why so many people order for delivery. It’s a waste of time going in to order and not worth the wait!"

"My order was supposed to be done at 12:50. Arrived on time and they said 8 more minutes. 20 mins go by and finally it’s got my order. But checked my order and I’m missing parts of my order.The restaurant was empty they weren’t busy just lazy employee. Do better wingstop"

"Food took forever, 45 mins for fries. The wings I ordered look like they were dropped on the ground the wings looked like somemone picked at it. They were under cooked and chewy. I dont recommend this location if u lov e food."
