"ts gabbage! my sister paid $41 and they basically gave me 3 boneless wings and a pinch of fries. not only that, they don’t even answer the phone when you call and try to talk to them. ordered large froes and got smalls WITH NO seasoning. like is ya’ll back there eating the chicken too? 1/5 and thats me being nice.."

"$25 for an incorrect order... 😭😭😭 I saw all the bad reviews of them getting orders wrong and still gave them a chance but honestly save your yourself the trouble and just go to Panda Express next door or somewhere else"

"Look, everything is great, the wings, the boneless, the drinks, the dressings, but the potatoes they gave me are disgusting. You can see them in the first photo. Please fix that. (Order 2731, and this post is from 7/28/2025. I hope to update this soon.)"

"Visited the Wingstop in Brentwood on Balfor Rd today around 8:00 PM, and it was the worst fast-food experience I've had in years. We were the only people in the entire store, yet there were just two employees: a gentleman at the counter who mumbled something unintelligible when we walked in and glanced toward a woman in the back. She was sitting there eating, stood up, and actually took the time to walk all the way to the front counter just to tell us she was on break. When I asked how long her break would be, she said 30 minutes, then turned around and walked right back to her spot to continue her meal. No one else was available to take our order, and they suggested we order online instead—like that's helpful when you're standing right there. We ended up walking out empty-handed. I'd rather grab frozen wings from Safeway and cook them myself than support a franchise this disorganized and rude. Zero effort from the staff, and it shows. 1/5 stars – avoid this location at all costs."

"Can't speak to the food because we never got it. They gave our order to someone else twice in about an hour. I don't know who is working here but they either need to be retrained or let go. Won't be back!"
