"Worst customer service. The workers there were all standing around chatting it up and saw me standing there but nobody even asked to take my order. Only 2 people looked like they were the only ones working. Food is good when you eat it right after it is made. Flavors and crunch are there. If customer service improves significantly, this would be a place to go get different flavored fried chicken."

"No greeting when i walk in, first mistake. Second, Manager in morning shift on mondays is EXTREMELY unprofessional, immediately gets confrontational about putting a straw for a customer delivery inside a bag. Unbelievable. Please get people who can do the job right without"

"Barley got my order and the fries are cold and stale and just horrible, wings are okay and the soda machine didn’t have like gas or just flavor. Wouldn’t come here again this is the second time something like this has happened. Union city is better."

"I accidentally ordered for pickup and didn’t have my car that day when I called so many times they never picked up so I had to place another order for delivery so bullshit I paid extra never got my refund & was first and last time here. So classless. Pick up next time !"

"It was the first time to stop by the Wingstop. I ordered 15pc Boneless Combo but the shop forgot putting a large French Fried into the paper bag. I noticed it is missing after coming back to home but it was already late night. On next day, I stopped by this Wingstop shop and told them French Fries did not include. The manager fully apologized and cooked it. Also, the manager gave me extra 15 pc Boneless Combo as for apology. How so kind! I will definitely go there soon."
