"The boneless wings were delicious but they didn’t want to take my $20 bill because it had a black spot on one of the corners. They basically said no we don’t want your business. My son was pretty bummed. I sent him with a different bill and they took that one. He got the Louisiana rub and garlic parm."

"Wingstop has one of the best wings! Nothing is too saucy and overused in terms of amount of ingredients. It’s really good for parties and other events. They taste delicious. Honestly, I would want to eat more of these but I don’t want to overeat and have to save some for the family. Even though that I don’t normally eat wings, I highly recommend people to come to this place since they serve delicious wings."

"I ordered Hot Honey, but they gave me Louisiana instead. When I called the store to request a refund, they refused and told me I had to come back to exchange it—even though I had already gone home and would need to pay extra for a rideshare. They also refused to cover the transportation cost even though it was their mistake. The staff was extremely rude on the phone and even hung up on me. Very unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I will not return to this location and hope corporate sees this. If you make a mistake, at least treat customers with basic respect."

"Came in with a friend, got 2 boneless 8 piece combos that came with drinks and fries for just under 40 bucks. Ate my fill, and I was very happy. The chicken was freshly made after like a 15 minute wait, and the fries were crispy as well. We barely finished. Voodoo fries were definitely worth the upgrade, but they get very soggy after a little while. Service was fine and everything was great. My only complaint was that the bathroom door was actually insanely heavy, and the TV’s aspect ratio is super messed up. Otherwise, 5 stars."

"Best location in Fremont. And it's mostly teenagers when I go in. Almost clean, wearing gloves and mask. Customer service could be a little better. But compared to the adults working at other locations these are employees."
