"Sadly I did not have a good experience. On the first round I got the incorrect order, which admittedly was my mistake for not checking and having full trust on the service. I did get the meal compt by a manager, but rather than a "okay." When I arrived, I was re-interogated and I had to recount what happened. There are some good employees there, I can tell, but my experience has soured my perception of this store and I am not likely to return. Notes: Food: The food quality wasn't what I expected out of Wingstop. While it wasn't bad, I couldn't say that it was on the same degree as others. The boneless wings felt small, and it glazed really quickly, but I am willing to admit that, that may have been due to the drive home. Fry's were well seasoned, sizable and overall well received. Functional soda machine was clearly well cleaned and maintained. It's the only reason I am willing to give it 3/5. Service: again, not happy. I understand that they may have needed to explain what happened for quality control and training, but that wasn't framed at all. To me it felt rude, especially when I had already explained it to another shift lead. Atmosphere: clean store, people are actually eating inside and the trainer there was actively teaching someone. I am happy to say that was the only saving grace for this place."

"A GOOD ATMOSPHERE IS VERY FUNDAMENTAL JUST LIKE THE SERVICE. IT'S A HONEYCOMB AREA THERE'S NO OTHER WINGSTOP MORE IMMACULATE THAN HERE!! THAT'S HOW HAPPY I GET WHEN I THINK ABOUT WINGSTOP!!"

"Ordered food for pickup, was right on time, order was correct, and tasted delicious! The Korean bbq is by far the best flavor and a must try! Also I’d recommend the hot honey seasoning for fries. The lady working the front was extremely kind and prompt as well. Overall great experience and will definitely be back!"

"I placed a carryout order at this Wingstop location a few days ago and gave them a 2 hour heads up before pickup. When I arrived, they hadn’t started on my order and I could tell the line of customers hadn’t been fed either. It felt like they were barely touching my order as I stood there waiting, and the staff’s attitude was unhelpful. I came away with cold fries and wings that were not ready when promised, wasting my time and forcing me to rearrange my plans around their delays. Shame on me for giving them a 3rd chance"

"Ordered just a 15 pc chicken combo and they came in a pool of oil. No seasoning was able to stick to the chicken because there was just too much oil everywhere. Our chicken just ended up tasting like oil. Please do better"
