"Urgent Complaint Regarding Raw Food and Poor Customer Service – Request for Supervisor Contact On July 20, 2025, I placed an order through your mobile app for pickup. The order included a 50-wing combo with tenders and sides, intended for my son's birthday party. Unfortunately, once the food was served and guests began eating, one of the individuals eating the tenders informed me that the meat was raw. Upon inspecting the rest of the food, I noticed that some of the wings also appeared undercooked. Naturally, this caused great concern and discomfort among our guests. Most of them refused to eat any more of the food out of fear of getting sick. What was meant to be a celebration quickly turned into a stressful and upsetting situation. I called the store immediately to report the issue. After being transferred multiple times, I was met with unhelpful and argumentative responses. I was told that a refund would only be possible if I returned the food, which I explained I could not do at that moment as I was responsible for supervising guests, including minors, at the party. Despite this, I was given attitude, no apology, and treated with clear disrespect by each employee I spoke with. The last representative I spoke to claimed she would issue a refund but abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. I had to call back, and when I did, she said the refund was being processed and asked, "What else do you want?" I explained that I wanted a sincere apology, as my son's birthday was overshadowed by the fear and disgust caused by serving raw chicken to our guests. Still, no apology was offered. This experience was entirely unacceptable. I am requesting to speak with a supervisor or someone in a leadership role, as the service I received and the handling of this serious food safety issue were completely inappropriate."

"came in today right before 6pm and got a 6poecr bone in combo, with mild sauce. except i got absolutely no sauce on my wings. extremely sad because i drove all the way here because i was craving some buffalo wings tonight and got wings that weren’t even put near sauce. i wiped them with a paper towel to see if maybe it was just light sauce but it was entirely dry, just some oil on it."

"So we ordered my food at 7:05, got groceries to make time while they make the food. We showed up at 7:50 to pick it up expecting it to be ready and experienced 25 additional minutes of bad customer service waiting for the food. Two walk-ins showed up, ordered food, got it and left before I ever got my order. Finally got my order at 8:15 and left without so much as an apology for the ridiculous wait time of 1 hour and 10min. Food was not good enough to risk coming back."

"Asked for a refund after ordering from their app because their driver seemed to fig his filthy hands in the bag to steal food and its been nothing been a nusiance trying to get a refund or any assistance. No common sense when you talk to these people. You can feel the area where he dug his hands to grab fries out and you can see a big indent in the food. You tell them you order through their app and their excuse is oh its door dashes issue? It was nevered ordered through doordash for the 3rd call."
