"Waste of money. No problem with the delivery but the restaurant’s quality control was a complete disappointment. I ordered 20 wings and ranch. Only six wings were correct, 10 were unseasoned or had hardly any rub, 5 were the wrong flavor, and I didn’t get my ranch which I paid extra for. The photos show fried wings with no rub seasoning. The paper held some brown residue that had a faint taste of the honey rub that even when rubbed onto the wings it didn’t even manage to coat one wing."

"I like this location specifically because the service is good. Ashley at Redondo is always super efficient and friendly, both when I’m picking up personal orders and when I’m doing delivery order pick ups. No lie, I’ve watched her juggle rushes with customers and online order/delivery pick ups flawlessly. Really appreciate her so much! Thank you Ashley 😊"

"Honestly this was truly one of the best wingstops i’ve been to in quite some time! Service was amazing, as soon as i walked in the employee rushed over to take my order. My order came out within 10 minutes even though it seemed like they were pretty busy, going back and fourth in the kitchen. Food was excellent and well done just the way i asked. 👍🏼"

"Always a long wait to get my wings, always rude customer service, and my last visit was the nail in the coffin. We ordered a large ranch for SIX DOLLARS and were given 2 small cups. I called the store repeatedly to attempt to see if I could get a refund- my calls went unanswered. I then wrote to customer service asking them to make the situation right and they said they’d provide me with a free ranch on my next order. I shouldn’t have to make another purchase to receive a product I ALREADY paid for. I told them that’s not acceptable and asked for a refund. They wouldn’t do it electronically. They also wouldn’t even offer a gift card or coupon in the amount I paid. They said I had to come in, in person, and ask for a manager and reference an email and case number from my communications with corporate. On top of that, it had to be done within 10 days. All this for $6 back? Really makes me not want to come back because of their poor customer service practices."

"they are very rude here. i said thank you and they don’t say anything back. there’s a specific manger who works midday who is very rude and has an attitude, under the name ‘jose martinez’. i slipped last night inside this location and nothing was done, there was no wet floor sign until after the incident. we reported it to the manager and his response was “well we get the camera footage in an hour IF you wanna call in an hour and we’ll see if she (me) actually got hurt or not.” that is very unprofessional. i’m upset that nothing was done, but i am taking action. wouldn’t go here again."
