"Genuinely some of the best customer service for Wingstops. Every order is opened up and shown to you to ensure the quality is amazing. I love coming in because the atmosphere is not only top notch, but the food is amazing as well. And I even have over heard the shift lead/managers talk on the phone with people who have problems, they always offer to remake the food upon request. I think it's genuinely a great place to get great food. The store is also exceptionally clean and the employees always do their best to ensure comfortability. I came in with my daughters and the employee was chit chatting with them and they loved her even though they're shy."

"Ordered for carry out on 5/31/25 upon getting home and receiving my food found that the wings were smaller than usual and also cold. I then proceeded to call the store and report the issue to the manager (Jonathan) only to be told that I would need to return my food and that he had also noticed the wings were very small portion for the price. As shown in the pictures I explained to him that I live on the other side of town and figured I would give the new location a try but he didn’t care to make this right. I won’t be coming back after the poor food and customer service."

"Ordered through UberEats. Got a messaged from this new delivery driver that was assigned to my order that it was taken. I called and asked what was going on. Girl on the phone was explaining how a previous guy was assigned to my order and had taken it. I asked her if she saw him confirm the order and she paused for a second and proceeded to explain that yes that they “always” make sure they confirm. They for sure did NOT take the time to make sure that it was indeed confirmed. I myself work in the fast food industry and this has NEVER happened at my restaurant we always make sure that doordashers ALWAYS actually confirm so things like this don’t happen. Management needs to do better! Something like this could’ve simply been avoided. Wasted everyone’s time and money not only for me but for that delivery. My order was for sure stolen solely because the employees were being lazy."
