"Disgusting there was a hair in my food and I called for a refund they told me I need to take the food back and I live 25 mins away. Manager Yesenia gave attitude for no reason over the refund. Never going here again."

"Ordered online at 7:03pm, order indicated 16 to 21 min.... it's been an hr and I'm still waiting for my order.... it seems like they are priorities door dash or in store orders.... I e asked multiple times about my order and they keep telling me it's coming. Store is disgustingly dirty, counter is covered in order receipts.. I'm never doing this to myself again.... this is ridiculous!!!! Received order at 8:09 pm..... employee was throwing bags onto the counter.... never again!!!! Worst place to get wings."

"I ordered through DoorDash and the c WINGS is heavily UNDERCOOKED THE TENDERS ARE INEDIBLE! and FULL OF OIL. and the fries are literally BURNT. this is unacceptable I will never order here again and as soon as some one answers the DAMN phone I’m gonna let them have it!!"

"I usually go to another Wingstop but decided to give this one another chance since it had been months, maybe a year. I deeply regretted it. I ordered the all-in bundle, substituted the fries with Cajun fried corn, and added yeast rolls on the side. None of it was satisfying. The majority of the wings were tiny and not very saucy. The Cajun ("fried") corn was very juicy and barely seasoned, despite the fact that we asked for EXTRA Cajun. The rolls weren't toasted on the inside and a little chewy, while the outside was hard. They were also a lot smaller than we're used to at other locations. I don't recommend you go here unless you're interested in being severely disappointed and wondering "How did they get every single thing wrong?""

"Do not order for delivery from this location. We ordered on a Saturday. The delivery never showed up. I called six times, and they said I had the wrong location. On Monday, I called again on 11/17, spoke to the staff, and was placed on hold twice for 30 minutes to speak with the manager. I finally had to call my bank to dispute the charges."
