"This place is trash! Customer service sucks. My chicken was basically raw and my fries were super soft and floppy. There was also trash and crumbs on every table and the floors were super sticky. Like I could hear my shoes making that sticky sound as I walked around. Also the soda machine was basically putting out pure soda water and they refused to refund my drink. Literally none of the flavors were dispensing properly."

"My husband walked in at 11:30pm. 30 minutes before closing and was told they are not making bone-in wings. The lady was black fair skinned tall and wide. She was very rude to him in asking “ you want it or not”. I have never been told there was a cut off time at this or any location in addition to her being disrespectful. This was a waste of gas and showed no customer service skills. I’m very disappointed."

"I understand why this location gets low reviews. My wings had hardly any sauce on them which was very disappointing."

"I placed an order online at 7:36pm for pick up at 8pm. When I arrived to the store they hadn't even started my order or were even aware of my order. Its 8:05pm I was told 5mins. Will update it is now 8:13 going on 15mins"

"We walked in and placed order on Feb 2nd at 6:39PM and was given a 20 minute wait time. We watched our ticket sit in the window in front of the cooks until around 7:10 and then asked staff where our order was. It seems they forgot our order and have already given at least 3 to 5 other walk ins their food already. We tried to be polite and not bother staff but when we realized how long we had actually been waiting we finally adressed the issue. We asked for our food so we could leave and a copy of receipt. The girl in the front was apologetic and wanted to get us a copy but she could not get the system to print one and she never gave us a copy to start with. She then asked the girl in the kitchen for help. The girl in the back came up and had an attitude with us and did not want to provide us a copy of the receipt. Probably because we have now waited 43 minutes for our food and our receipt was the proof. Our order was supposed to be dine in but since we waited almost an hour we took it to go home. Both wing orders were burnt and had crispy parts all over the wings. One order of French fries was already cold. The food and service on this occasion were both terrible. We are filling a complaint through the website."
