"I go to this Wingstop all the time and today I came back for them to remake my order and the food was so good. I had to call the chef when I got home. I don’t care if you make a mistake. It’s about the recovery for me I will definitely be back 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. I asked for well done fries well done chicken everything was chef kissed"

"CALLED 2/09/25 TO WING STOP THIS EXACT LOCATION I WAS GOING TO PLACE A ONLINE ORDER BUT WANTED JUST TO ASK TO PLEASE DONT MAKE MY FRIES TILL I GET THERE BECAUSE THEY GET ALLL SOGGY I WAS TOLD THAT ONLINE ORDERS ARE PRIORITY AT THE MOMENT AND THE ONES THAT ARE PAID FOR HAVE PRIORITY FIRST HE SAID THAT IT WAS BETTER IF I PLACE THE ORDER ONLINE I ASK IF I CAN PLACE IT ON THE APP AND JUST TO KEEP AN EYE FOR MY ORDER DONT WANT THE FRIES MADE TILL IM THERE HE SAID NO SPECIAL ORDERS IM SORRY WHATS SO SPECIAL ABOUT JUST HOLDING OFF THE FRIES TILL I GET THERE 🤷‍♂️ WELL I TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE BUFFALO WILD WINGS MORE FLAVORS AND GOT A BETTER DEAL THEN WINGSTOP"

"I’m giving this particular Wingstop on 10th west in Palmdale 1⭐️ 👏👏you deserve it 100% by far some of the WORST service I’ve experienced. I place a carry out order 1hr before I wanted to pick it up; I arrive promptly when my order should be ready, when I get there it’s not. The girl who received me, not sure if she was a lead or manager but she had the worst attitude ever, snobby, and short, just because I asked how long it would take for my order that I placed an hour ago would be ready. all I got was “ we’re working on it” as a response . All while there are 4-5 people behind her standing around on their phone, twiddling their thumbs, or talking about nonsense. I mean if you’re that miserable at your job”burger flipping job” ( sorry, wings-flipping) or don’t like dealing with people find a new job. And when I got my food it was warm, not even hot. Like seriously. What the hell. And they complain that they’re not paid enough… for what you want 20$/hr+ to be rude to people. Such a disappointment. STEP IT UP WINGSTOP, find better people to run your business. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for them to get my food ready. PATHETIC"

"I have gone here quite a few times and they are always fast and efficient. They have a great selection of flavors and they have never screwed up an order. Nice people, nice place, nice food."

"I had a BOGO offer that was good for 1 week. The store manager would not honor the offer even after reading the offer dates. He stated that the offer was only good the first day of that offer, regardless of the fact that the offer said it was good for 7 days."
