"The wings were not drained at all. There was so much grease in that container that when I pulled it out the bag it spilled everywhere in my car and on my coat. It also had feathers on it. How gross 🤮. I went back in to ask for a partial refund and the guy said it’s unfortunate but they only can make me more nasty greasy 🤮 chicken. This place ruined my lunch and new coat. Then when I try to send a message to the appropriate location on 1760 Tippecanoe Ave San Bernardino Ca there is no option. I sent my complaint to the location on highland and the manager calls me just to say it’s the wrong location. 😂 goodbye 👋"

"I placed an order online a day before and when I got there turns out my order was for 12 in the night not in the morning. I let them know and they said they could remake my order over again within 20 minutes. I was VERY satisfied and the food is ALWAYS amazingly cooked and coated with sauce. great customer service."

"When I'm in the mood for Wingstop, this is my go to store. The staff there are so respectful and courteous. The food always comes out great and a decent time. The only issue I have is the limited seating for dine-in, but other than that this is my favorite Wingstop."
