"Overheard the manager rudely informing his employee who has been gone for 4 months. Simply because she helped me with my order in a way they "don't push for that, we are trying to upsale." It was disgusting and belittling. His excuse to her being uninformed was as that it's completely her fault. I am a manager, this is his fault for not re-informing his employees of company changes. He also carried an attitude and had issues because he had to take a call that was in Spanish. Manager or lead in question has many tattoos, some on his face and pins all over his hat. He is not wearing work attire pants or shoes. Toxic atmosphere, he definitely should be speaking to his staff in the back, there is not alót of business here tonight so there is not excuse. Now at the time of this rating he is getting on the same employee for not being fluent in Spanish. Although this female employee is nice, patient and learning while doing her best. He needs to stop micro managing while walking back and fourth doing nothing. Hugging the wall doing nothing. Now I am seeing that they completely forgot to ring up my order, possibly because he was to busy belittling and raising his voice at this one employee. I think the guy's name is Tony."

"Got up to use the restroom and when I came back my food and drink that I was still eating was gone. I was gone for less than 5 mins."

"Not shocked to see a 3 star rating for this place. The lazy employees who don't care about health code nor do they care about actually being friendly or nice to people amazes me that this location is still in business."
