"Service here sucks. I was here on 12/19/25 at 3:30 for a pick up and was told it's not ready because of the fries. After 5 minutes of waiting, the employee that told me it's not ready was just sitting with a tablet then got up to do the fries that were just sitting in the basked for frying and made me wait the whole time, rather than just frying the fries right away. NO SENSE OF PRIORITY!!! When cat is away, the mouse plays environment. Lazy and irresponsible."

"Rating this a two because first them was very slow. Second the man charged my daughter 18 dollars just for a 6 piece tender combo, I couldn’t believe that he charged me that an addition to that he didn’t even give my cup!!!🤬🤬🤬"
