"One star for the food and interior of the store. The store needs a good cleaning. The metal panels around the area you pick up food..... need to literally be scrubbed. The whole area is disgusting. We came in the evening and it was colder inside the restaurant then outside! My phone temperature app registered it to be 45 degrees inside. Our fries were so salted and covered in seasoning.....we couldn't eat them. I also could not even wipe off any of it. Our chicken was cold. We ordered inside and I would HIGHLY recommend not doing that. We saw countless orders go out and waited 25 minutes for our food."

"Horrible customer service at this location not only did they miss 4 pieces of my chicken. The pieces were so tiny it looked like they got hungry and ate some of my food. They also gave us a super small portion of fries and when I asked about it I was told they weigh their fries and are under staffed so they couldn’t remake my cold fries after I drove 30 min back. When I asked for a supervisor I was told there was NO supervisor on duty. Aracely needs to go back to training days and give better customer service. I’d give 0 stars if I could."

"I've been coming here for years and customer service is always great but the place seems more run down and dirty every time I come. This most recent time I showed up right when they opened and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. A restaurant should always be clean for health reasons and it says a lot about a business when they dont keep a place clean. Makes you wonder how clean and sanitarty they are with food. I love this place and would love to keep coming back but it would be great if they did some deep cleaning anf maintained it a little better."

"Called in an order for 30pc boneless at 3pm on a Saturday. They said 15-20min. Showed up 20min later, the restaurant was dead. No other customers. Order wasn’t ready. Took them an additional 25min after I got there. 45min to make 30 wings!! The workers were more interested in their conversation than making my food. Got home and my food was cold! Avoid this place unless you have no other choices!! BAD SERVICE, cold food and a lack of desire to even provide a good product. Thus franchise gives wing stop a bad name"

"ordered online and boyfriend got there to pick it up on time. we got 20 boneless wing special. all of our wings were cold, none of them were labeled and in the same container (4 flavors), and the sauces/rubs weren’t even dispersed on the wings. it’s like they poured the sauce on top and didn’t mix at all. really disappointing when you want decent wings and are craving them. not sure what happened but just seems lazy."
