"I finally had a chance to try this Wingstop location today for my lunch. I had a birthday code for the fries and today was the last day to use it for my birthday month. I placed my order through the mobile app and set the pickup time for 10:30am because that was the earliest time available. I arrived 20 minutes early just if they finish my order of 10 bone in wings with original Hot and Cajun fries early. I found parking easily and walked inside the place. The floor was already sticky for some reason and the only man working greeted me. I told him I was doing a online pickup but I'm early. He checked and said he doesn't see any mobile order so I showed him the email confirmation. He again checked and said he's not seeing it, until I asked if he wanted the order number then he said he found it. So good thing I came early because if I came at my pickup time, they might have not been working on it. The dine in here is small so be aware. It took my food like 15 minutes to be ready so it was ready at my selected pickup time. I thought the 9 out of the 10 wings were good, it was juicy and tender with the right amount of sauce. 1 of the wings was overcooked and didn't have much meat on it. The Cajun fries were good with ketchup so I was happy with my order. I got my own ranch dip since I saw they charge for it and it was cheaper getting it at a store."

"Some of the staff that works at night seem to be focused on socializing with each other instead of tending to the orders. Don't get me wrong. Socializing is okay, but you also have a job to do. 3 times tonight (Thursday Feb 19th), I came in to pickup delivery orders that should be ready according to their estimated time, and they just noticed the order when I arrived I've waited more than 10 minutes each time for them to make the order no one is anywhere to be seen. They're in the back room Not professional. Too busy socializing with each other and blasting their "alternative" music in the back and customer music being drowned out in the dining room by non inclusive music in the back."

"Customer service was horrible. Partner had trouble making and online order came in store asking for help and asked if we can get the same deal we saw online and night cashier on 11/24/25 told us if we saw it the deal online then order it online and walked off. Ended up ordering the food through my app when we walked back in I gave her my name I placed on the order on and she didn’t seem to believe us giving us attitude and asked us to confirm my identity by name, last name, order number AND what we ordered. To say the least this one interaction has me never wanting to go back. Get better customer service personnel that doesnt seem miserable with every interaction."

"Always busy, rarely backed up. Food is always on point. I order through the app and it's always on time. I drive past the other location on Tapo because this location on Erringer is that much better. Two enthusiastic thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽."

"Walked in 12/8 and no one was in line. Cashier said hi when I walked in. She was counting money in one of the cash registers. I stood there for 2 minutes. When she finished with the one register I figured she would surely then ask for my order. Nope, she started counting the money in the second register. Quite irritated at this point, I sarcastically said, should I just order online. She said yes. I walked out."
