"It’s always a great place to eat. Now that it’s new employees, it’s way better than before! I love coming here. Got original hot and Louisiana rub my two favorites. Other one is garlic Parmesan and Louisiana rub with Parmesan fries. Well done wings and very crispy. Employees are very friendly and nice. Good job!"

"It had been years and years since we’d eaten at a Wingstop until we randomly decided to place a carryout order here tonight instead of going with BWW as we usually do. WHAT A GREAT DECISION THIS WAS! We were literally shocked at how much better the food was here in every single way. Huge, juicy wings cooked to perfection, loaded with sauce, fries perfectly cooked and seasoned….all food fresh and hot. Staff was super friendly to my wife during the pickup. Just a tremendous upgrade over BWW and we are hands down converted to only getting our wing fix here from now on!"

"Damien was awesome. Kid deserves a raise. Very good attitude. Great customer service. Food came out hot and fresh. Absolutely best experience I've had at a Wingstop give this kid a raise. He had a smile on his face the whole time. They were busy and it didn't seem to phase him at all. Food was fantastic. The whole team seemed to be in a pretty good mood. I've been to this location a lot and haven't had the best experiences, but this time was completely different. That gentleman Damien had everything on lock"

"First and only time going to this place…atleast I got to watch 2 quarters of the Avalanche game on the big TV while we waited 50 min to get our meal even though we were the only ones that were supposed to eat in the restaurant. I understand if a place get hits with a lot of online orders, or they are backed up on their service, but communicate that with your customers when they are ordering!!!!! Just my GF and I decided to eat in there at 8pm at night and going in there was no one else(customer wise) in the store minus 3 doordashers sitting there frustrated(should’ve been a clue for me). Too about 5 minutes before we were recognized and our order was taken(just 2 small combos)…we could see that they had a lot of to-go orders so we were being patient, but after 30 minutes I asked when our order would be up and I was told it would be 5 more minutes. After another 20 minutes I was done and wanted to take my business elsewhere…I finally got the employees attention and asked if I could get a refund and she said no because “our food was already done”. That made no sense to me as none of the wings were sauced yet…I didn’t push the issue cause I could see it escaping the other the employees quickly and I wasn’t in the mood for back and forth arguing….so after another 5 minutes I saw her finally getting our order together and I asked to get it to-go. During that time there were numerous dashers that had no more patience and left the store(I don’t blame them). Once we got home we were thankful we had an air-fryer as the “fries” we half cooked at best and the wing barely had sauce on them. I had the “original” hot sauce and if I had my eyes closed I wouldn’t be able to tell if there was sauce on them or not…maybe their sauce doesn’t have much flavor or maybe this store needs to learn how to make wings…either way I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before wasting my time and money. Can’t believe I’m saying this but for better service and wings, go across the street to Buffalo Wild Wings….Wing Stop needs to STOP!!!!"

"Wings are good, customer service and competence is lacking, especiallythe management staff. I ordered online through their website and the order was submitted to Door Dash. The food was ordered for a birthday party, to be delivered as I had 20+ guests at my house. Door Dash said they didn't have an address so they left it with the restaurant. Instead of calling or offering to bring it to me, as I already paid for delivery, extra service fees and tips, no one wanted to help get the food to me. The manager said he would refund the fees, he didn't, neither the restaurant or Door Dash would take accountability or make any thing right. I left my house full of people for 30 min round trip to get the food myself. I paid the store to not deliver my order of $120. I order here frequently and this will be the last time."
