"I do not know what happened, but since January this restaurant, anytime you order through Uber DoorDash, you can guarantee you're gonna get white soggy drenson, grease French fries. If it's one thing I love and it's the 1 thing that brings me peace of mind dealing with all the stress that I deal within my life is some crispy golden brown French fries. Every time I go in to pick up my order. It's made fresh to eat and it's delicious anytime I order online for delivery because I'm wheelchair-bound now with a broken hip, I get soggy food. The only thing they could call the way now is the tenderest thank God but now I'm having to send my girlfriend all the way back down to the restaurant because they won't refund our food all they'll do is we send out more soggy, French fries and then tell us it's our fault for complaining this manager to store owner and everyone needs to address the cooks in this restaurant. I work fast food I worked. All kinds of different restaurants and I know what it's like to cook. You have a timer, you have a method. Raining the grease after you take the French fries out.There are methods to cooking the food properly, I know that they have protocol in training, it's laziness and lack of care and consideration for the people, ordering the food whom of which are paying your bills by the way, so my 3 or $400 that I've spent this year alone on wing stop over $200. Worth of it has been wasted, and Uber is only refunded $60 of it. I've had it.This restaurant is trash.Do not order from this one in Colorado Springs and do not order from the 1 on spacing or drive either.They do the same thing they sit around with their hands and their pockets.They don't care.They dish the food out.There's no customer service, it's ridiculous.What's come to"

"Amanda was so sweet and friendly!! The food was exactly what it needed to be. . Hot, FRESH & delicious!! Love the consistency from the wing stops! Place was clean and we ate there! They were busy."

"In reality, this is not a place that one would walk into with high expectations in regards to service. No fault of owner or management, per se, but I expect the available workforce in this sector is limited. Mostly limited by good applicants and hard workers. In the last 6 months I have been to this establishment 4-5 times and every time I have gotten excellent service by those working the front counter. Much appreciated!"

"Employees are impolite, disrespectful and unprofessional. Letting customers, especially delivery personnel standing around without communication with them and you can barely see your order hangout on the shelve. What's a wasting time. Poor personnel management. I hate this place."
