"Highly unimpressed with this location. I picked up a carry-out order which had someone else’s food in the bag. When I re-entered the store, I was assured they’d get the correct order to me shortly. I had to ask them multiple times in order for this to actually happen. I finally received my food 25 minutes later. I understand that mistakes happen, but I do expect that when an order is messed up that you have some sense of urgency to get it resolved, which they absolutely didn’t have."

"Norma is amazing! She was patient as we order our food. It’s hard to decide for family but she made it easy. Great food. Clean restaurant and clean bathroom. Will come back again."

"i love wingstop.. this place sucks. everytime i come here my food isn’t as ordered, my wet tenders are always DRIZZLED with sauce, not tossed and my fries ordered w extra seasoning never has the slightest taste of seasoning. super disappointing, it feels purposeful because at least when i order them normal they come with a little bit of flavor."

"Never order online!!! 3rd time they have taken my money and never got the order. Managers response when it's my last 20 bucks, we can't do anything?!?! Ok so because we have to order online and you can take all my money and keep it for weeks and I get nothing??? Is this how you treat paying customers, now I don't get to eat until my paycheck clears tomorrow 😭😭😭 How is that not petty larceny??? You would charge me with a crime if I ate your food and refused to pay, same thing!!!! I will NEVER eat here again, buffalo wild wings doesn't do this shit!!! Too bad I spend over $200 on eating out in a month. You just lost business and people trust me, NEVER ORDER ONLINE!!!!!!"
