"Hello, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my barbecue wings order. The product arrived with feathers, which poses a serious health and safety risk (danger of suffocation). Furthermore, the presence of inedible organic matter indicates an unacceptable lack of hygiene and quality control in your kitchen. I request an immediate solution to this problem.And the worst part was that I asked for a refund and they told me no, that they could give me food if I went there. After I spent money on delivery, the delivery person wasn't at fault, nor was the app; the fault lies with them, since they're the ones who cook and sell these products like this...."

"Ordered 10 pc wing combo with Cajun spice on fries. No cajun spice on fries, also not well done like I ordered. Wings look like someone took bites out of most of them. Apparently they’re not worried about repeat customers. I’ve never had a delivery like this before. Crazy."

"I ordered from this location via Uber eats. I dont order food delivery often because I've had bad experiences in the past. I ordered today because it was freezing outside and the Bronco game was on. The food was amazing and everything in my order was correct! I love that they put plenty of sauce on all the wings, got the flavors right and my food was still hot when I received it. Will definitely return to this location"

"Betsy and the staff here are absolutely incredible. We made a mistake on placing our order on the app and when we came in, they offered to fix it at no additional charge. I highly recommend the Wingstop to everybody and I definitely will be back. Betsy and the staff here are amazing."
