"I ordered a 3-piece chicken tenders meal from Wingstop on Main Street in Hartford via DoorDash. I chose the Hickory Smoked BBQ flavor and fries, and initially declined the soda but later tried to add it. Unfortunately, the store said no when I asked my Dasher to change the order. When my food arrived, the sauce seemed just slapped on top instead of being tossed with the chicken, which made it less flavorful. The fries were also cool, not hot and crispy like I expected. I didn’t dine in, so I can’t speak to the restaurant’s vibe, but the overall experience was a bit disappointing. Hoping for better next time!"

"Every time I order from them when I get the food. The bag is so soaked with oil. It looks like they don't even drain off the chicken before they put it in the box, open the box and the chicken is still swimming in oil."

"I don’t get why all the negative reviews came in on a semi busy Saturday night the 1 st of the month mind u I got 8 wing combo the staff was super cool and the wings and fries did not disappoint saucy and wet like I like it and the girls in the back were hilarious I’ll def be coming back love this spot thanks guys again couldn’t even wait to get home to eat them"

"I had walked into this establishment expecting tasty wings. When I had tried the wings it was the most horrible and dissatisfying food I have ever eaten. The so called “hot honey” had neither hot or honey. The wings tasted like oil and there was a lot of oil in the box that were drowning the wings. Maybe I got the wrong order but still those wings that I received were inedible"
