"Why are your employees out front smoking weed with teen kids under the age of 18. Worse place to eat. The employee girl with pink streak and brownish red hair named faith is out side smoking while the poor employee inside os making my order right now alone. Please rethink of who u hire. I don't want to get dinner after working at flemings steakhouse and your employees are out smoking weed. Faith threatened me when I asked for a manger to fight me. Hennessy who tolk my order is very rude. Not to mention hartford health inspectors look at all the food on the floor!!!!!!!!! Do better !!!!!!"

"Did an Uber order: the boneless Parmesan chicken deal with fries and a chicken sandwich. They forgot my fries and the chicken sandwich was just a patty between the bread (I did opt out of the dressing on it, but there was supposed to be pickles on it which there was not). The containers and bag was covered in grease, and the sandwich fell out of the container when I picked it up due to the grease and the poor packaging. Ended up getting food poisoning from the half sandwich and the 5 boneless wings I ate before throwing the rest out. Still working with Uber to get a refund because $40 not including tip was absolutely unacceptable for such a disgusting meal in that condition. I haven't eaten Wingstop in years, but I remembered it being much, much better than this. Do not order here. I don't know what they are doing but it is disgusting and a hazard."

"We went on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy. The staff was truly helpful and very pleasant. We ordered our food and sat down. I had to use the restroom. The restroom was kind of dirty. With towels in the sink and the towel dispenser had some white stuff dripping down it that was dried up. But when the food came it was delicious. We ordered a meal for two. We had Hawaiian & Parmesan chicken with fries and a side of parmesan corn. You can tell everything was cooked fresh. I would definitely go back."

"This location deserves zero stars. First and foremost, the restaurant needs a SERIOUS scrub down. You can tell the staff team does not use closing time nor their downtime wisely. Meaning the walls, floors, counter/table tops and the soda machine are dirty. They must not believe in cleaning and sanitizing. Secondly, speedy service is not their forte. I waited 50 mins to receive my meal. Waiting for this food pretty much used up my full hour of my lunchtime at work. I attempted to at least enjoy my fries once I returned to work, but I couldn’t enjoy them to their full extent because I found a random medal fragment ( shown in picture) poking out of one of my fries???!!!! I was scared to finish the remainder of my meal. Not sure what kind of shady business they're running at this establishment…but this is not it."

"My favorite spot to order hot wings and I finally tried the chicken sandwich this time not bad at all. I ordered the lemon and the Cajun wings this time around so good!!"
