"Just had the first ever WINGSTOP order in my life. I really appreciated that they stay open late every night. What made people feel safer was the presence of a police patrol car nearby. I ordered a sandwich and some chicken tenders. They were a little messy but very tasty."

"Picked up an Uber eats order, asked for 5 Mango Habanero, 5 Hawaiian, 20 in total. That put 5 regular buffalo style wings instead. Picked up one of the buffalo wings, as I'm about to bite it, i notice a piece of hair. This is why hair and beard nets need to be worn. First and last time ordering from a Wingstop."

"I have been to Wingstop a few times. I was happy to go to this location in Wilmington, Delaware, until I saw the problems at this place. I did not have a problem with the food here. The hot wings I ordered, with fries, were great. My problem was my wait time, listening to music that wasn't even remotely easy listening, and having nowhere to throw my trash out. My wait time was 35 minutes. A lot of people were picking up orders, to be fair. In spite of this, I do think the staff could have gotten my order, and others' orders out faster if they were better organized. I had a problem with the rap music being played. While I normally support businesses playing what most of their customers want to hear, this was not just alternative music. The rap had cursing, and racial slurs. For private listening, that's fine. For a business, I don't think that's appropriate. I had no trash cans to throw my finished food in, which I thought was ridiculous. While most people get takeout, what about me, and the other few people who dine in sometimes? Since I'm a neat freak, I didn't just leave my lunch on my table, for the staff to pick it up. I threw my eaten food out in one of Shop Rite's trash cans, next to Wing Stop. To sum this up, while my lunch was great, the service, and atmosphere need improvement. Looking at some other reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way."

"So I was super hungry and I ordered right before closing time and everything was in the bag. Everything was packed really nicely honestly it’s my first time ordering in Delaware and it’s been an amazing experience and they also put extra ketchup so yeah that’s great. Sorry for ordering so late."

"I had a horrible experience at this location. I just wanted to order my phone . It took 8-10 minutes for someone to greet / acknowledge me as a customer. Once the man with dreads came to the counter the female team member told him to take my order he was like why can’t you order on line . I proceeded to tell the man that I only had cash . He then stated that the store was only accepting online orders and walked away I tried to explain I only had cash an he walked away from the counter and began singing and dance with one of the lady co workers neglecting the myself and the other customers that were behind me . This was a horrible experience I wasn’t able to order and was turned away and the store did close till 12 and I was there around 9:30ish they could have taken my order .ive never had a issue at any other location."
