"We go to this location which is a bit farther, because the food presentation was once good, BUT lately, they have gotten lazy, look at the pictures below and tell me that they didn't see all that hair on the chicken! Nasty & inconsiderate. Shame on you all"

"Store manager great. Food blah. This is the first wingstop that doesn’t taste good at all. Fries taste like funnel cake fries. Has a sweet airy taste. Idk but I went here about 5 times the first 2xs great but the last 3 was horrible tasting. First an electric fire taste on the chicken the last two times I had to see if it was me or the food actually taste sweet. It was the dress. I will try again soon as I’m from Philly and loveeee wing stop"

"Pretty sure they tossed my wings in dishwasher detergent which I can forgive I mean maybe the new guy thinks dish soap is part of the sauce recipe or something. I think what’s more concerning is that our food took forever and some of the staff was rude like I’m the jerk because I’m waiting forever for some wings. There’s like 8 people working why is nobody working on our order? We are like the only guests in here lol. This place is going to hemorrhage money, nobody is going to patronize this place and Wingstop is going to get out of the lease as soon as they can. Really wish I hadn’t spent my money here I would’ve been better off converting my money into singles and setting it on fire to stay warm. I can forgive the dish soap in my wings like is that the secret ingredient or something I don’t know it was our first time here. Only get one chance to make a first impression. But to be rude about making me wait 30 minutes for dish soap wings? That’s like diabolical that’s some Bond villain stuff."

"The employees absolutely ruin this store. We keep giving it a chance because it’s the closest wingstop to us, but every single time there’s either something wrong or missing.. and the wings are usually only like 50% sauced. The employees are rude and don’t care at all. They really need a massive overhaul of this store and the people who work there. It’s actually rare to find employees this bad. Like come on, I have a crappy dead end job too but you have to have at least a little pride. The fact that these people stay employed is actually really sad and just teaches them that this is ok."

"I have visited the Wingstop at Concord Pike in Wilmington two times. Each time, I was greeted by wonderful customer service representatives and tended to promptly. I was out of town with my children and my young daughter to use the restroom while waiting. The restroom and restaurant were very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The best part was the food. It was hot, fresh, and delicious !!! 😋😋😋 If you are in the area, trying the Wingstop at Concord Pike in Wilmington Delaware. It is the BEST Wingstop I have ever tried. 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍟🥤😋❤️"
