"Five star service from the whole staff. Tonight I made a mistake while ordering. When I got there I told the girl at the counter what I did wrong and she kindly and politely just asked me to wait a second so she could talk to her manager who came over and fixed my order, the mistake that I made in the order. They couldn't have been nicer or more patient."

"⭐ 1 Star Absolutely unacceptable service. My order was messed up, and instead of taking responsibility, the manager, Theresa, made the situation worse by being dishonest and unprofessional. She lied to my face multiple times and then refused to provide any proof that my card was refunded after claiming it was. There was no accountability, no transparency, and a clear lack of basic customer service skills. What should’ve been a simple fix turned into a frustrating back-and-forth because she wouldn’t acknowledge her mistake. At some point, it’s not worth arguing with a fast-food manager who refuses to be honest. This location needs serious improvement in management. Save yourself the headache and take your business"

"I live in walking distance to this establishment unfortunately. I’ve been holding out on posting a review because I wanted to see if things would change. They did not. Someone posted that the a/c wasn’t working back in April. Today is June 20th, still not working. Bathrooms been out of order since last year. The white girl that works there gets offended Everytime I complain about. At this point I can’t tell if they’re lying about it or if it’s actually broken. In the middle of the day, a customer should be able to wash there hands and use the bathroom especially if they are spending money. This place needs to be shut down immediately. The passive aggressive customer service is terrible. Don’t eat here. Trust me. I took pictures and one of the teenage managers wanted me to make him famous. He kept asking me why I’m taking pictures. Not to mention, no ice. Wow."

"Terrible experience! I ordered delivery from Wingstop and more than half my food was missing. When I called, the manager actually told me I had to drive there and bring the food back so they could “check what I got.” Seriously?! They blamed the driver, but I ordered directly from them — they should make sure the order is correct before it leaves! Completely unacceptable service and rude on the phone. Never ordering from Wingstop again!"
