"I can’t really rate the food I never got it. I ordered some wings to come in to my work place for me and my coworker as we couldn’t leave because of in emergency. I even call the store to make sure the order was still on its way and they told me that it was. Order never came I am out of 34$ dollars and no food. 🤷🏿"

"So this is a mixed review.. all of the cooks are awesome I saw them working hard! Everyone was focused on a task. I went enjoyed it, thank you. So now as far as my experience the young lady at the cashier was so rude and had a bad attitude. She had a gentlemen’s order wrong and over charged him. She told me a wrong price for my meal. I tried to tell her but she looked frustrated, as if she was over it and ready to clock out. Ummm? Ok… then the manager jumped in and made the situation worse. He rung up my order again and charged me wrong as well. At this point I told the manager he owed $2.00. He ignored me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Now yes it’s only two dollar butttt that’s my money and I feel disrespected. It’s the principal!!! Behind it that’s what gets me upset. Okay so now a gentlemen from the back ask if I was ok and I told him no and explained what happened he apologized for the confusion and gave me a cup to get a free beverage. You know like here is something for your troubles. I appreciate him because he took the time to tend to Listen to me and understood why I was mad. He even went out his way to make a kind gesture by letting me get a beverage. So how about the manager came out in front of me and him and said why are you doing that ! Why are you giving her a cup? He seemed upset that he did that and I didn’t like that. The gentlemen said he will pay for it and the manager made sure he did too. I saw it! Wow smh I ended up feeling bad that he had to pay out of his pocket once again PRINCIPLE! My problem wasn’t with him it was with wingstop customers service and the manager! Your team took the time to make sure a customer left with a smile. Instead of seeing what he did and how he made me happy. You embarrass him for fixing a situation you caused?? Whoever is the head honcho in decision making. I THINK YOU NEED SOMEONE TO GET DEMOTED AND SOMEONE TO GET PROMOTED ! I CANT remember the guy who helped me but he was a cook. He didn’t even belong in front but he saw I was upset and nobody was trying to make it right. He needs to be the manager! So because of him, I gave this location 5 stars because of HIM. The service and environment gets 1star. The manager (Hispanic older man) should NOT have the title. Cashier chick , she has got to go. She has way to much attitude."

"Placed an order at this location total amount came out to $120 just for the order to be missing lemon pepper chicken tenders and seasoned fries. Called the store and my wife spoke to gabby and let her know the mistake, when we got there the food still wasn’t ready. when we got back home we saw just a seasoning cup on top of the chicken tenders box. The young kid that took our order repeated everything and had it right and he even knew what I was there to pick up. He told his manager or one of them and they still got it wrong instead of listening to what the employee was saying she brushed him off tried to rush and still messed up. This has been the last 2 or 3 times we’ve had issues with the order being wrong but we still tried to give them a chance hoping they get it right, we won’t be ordering from this location again. Taking my business to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on. If this is a franchise managers need to be retrained and reevaluated. The cooks and regular employees seem to care a lot more than your manager working tonight did"
