"Called to place an order. They wouldn’t take my order and made me go through door dash, so I did that. Called them to ask for the wings extra wet and they came with almost zero sauce."

"They know what they’re doing! The food is always great fresh and tasty but the employees so so. The cashier was really nice but she didn’t speaks any English, responded yes for 3 times when I asked how long is going to take… whatever… I’m emigrant as well so English is not my 1st language but I always make sure I’m understanding others ppl especially at work"

"I have never been to a Wing Stop before. I had a simple order of a chicken sandwich with the original hot sauce on it. I went to the location at Radio and Santa Barbara. I'm not quite sure how to be even remotely enthusiastic about the experience. The service was not great, the food took too long to prepare and the end product was one of the worst sandwiches I've had. I feel like you need the pickles to cut a little bit of the heat but they were just put on in one big pile rather than spread around the sandwich, and the original sauce is cooked into the breading and tasted like burned, salty Tabasco sauce. As mentioned, I have not ordered anything else and I am simply reviewing the chicken sandwich."

"We order from this Wingstop frequently and more often than not, there is an issue with the order. Today, there was an item missing and when we called, they refused to deliver or reimburse our money so we had to go back while the rest of the food got cold! When we went, the manager spoke little English and was not understanding the issue."
