"Order wings and drinks include to take out when to pick up the drinks was not include with the order I call the place and point out the situation They toll me three days to return the money back to the card three days past nothing happen When back today to the store and talk to the lady and she took the order numbe r and wrote in her phone 30 second later The Manager or Assistant manager don't know He never approach to me to talk He was in the phone and he Said to the lady Done to make it short I have not seen anything happen Yet My point is the When you have younger working You need to have an Adult Supervising on all time specially the food industry Bad service and the Manager of the Store do not have any sense to administrated the customer service to Rude and cold , You can do a better Job and represent the Line Better"

"The cook is amazing and he always caters to my fries being fresh and crunchy . I’m pregnant and I crave wings and fries , I have not been dissatisfied. Wings are always nice and crunchy . To each their own . But for me it’s a 5 star ! Le cocinero siempre me hace las papas fresca y me quita el antojo que tengo de embarasada. Gracias por tu amabilidad."

"The new local Wingstop’s wings disappointed on multiple fronts. While the texture could’ve been decent, they were overcooked, leaving them dry and tough. Compounding the issue, the seasoning was virtually nonexistent, as seen in the sparsely coated wings, resulting in a bland experience. With better cooking and a bolder spice game, this place could shine, but for now, it’s a pass."

"When the branch first opened they were great, but the order correctness and food quality is terrible. My delivery order yesterday 9/7, was terrible. 60 wings ordered, 30 of one flavor and 30 of another, hot and mild. All wings mixed. So dry they all tasted the same. Ordered extra seasoning on the fries, didn’t happen. $10.00 coupon was not accepted by the system 10/15/25 expiration date. Called the store, sorry nothing we can do unless you come to the store. This was a delivery order. This was the 2 nd terrible order out of the past 4 orders. Time to find a new wing place. Terrible!"

"I was really looking forward to my meal from Wing Stop, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was incredibly slow—I waited over an hour for my order. When I finally got home, I realized they had given me the wrong items. Since it was takeout, I had no choice but to eat what I got or go all the way back. For a place that specializes in wings, I expected better accuracy and efficiency. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for."
