"My food was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes and it took over 1 hour. The wings were not wet plus we were missing the veggies. I rarely give 2 stars, but I'm being generous due to the circumstances."

"Overall great experience. Ive visited this location multiple times in the last few weeks & each & Everytime I have really been impressed with the customer service & quality of food I received . "11/11/2025 11:00 pm, the fries are absolutely drenched in seasoning, we couldn’t even eat them and our wings were old, hard and DRY. Super disappointed that i wasted my money on this 👎👎👎"

"If I have to wait 20 minutes longer than the expected 20 minute wait, I expect my food to come out fresh. Unfortunately, everything was cold, and half of the chicken could barely count as a "boneless wing". More like a popcorn chicken. This is only an issue at this location, considering they have lines of food that takes forever to get bagged."

"emily was so kind and helpful with my order. As soon as i walked in i can feel the clean atmosphere and welcoming energy. The food was amazing and freshhh!!! I placed my order and 8 mins later it came out delicious! i love this location and Im never disappointed!"
